About these terms

These terms govern your use of hrta.ai and the HRTA job portal operated by HR Talent Arena (HRTA). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
• You may sign up with email or through Google, LinkedIn or GitHub; your use of those providers is also subject to their terms.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent profiles, resumes or job listings.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful, discriminatory, abusive or infringing.
• Use the platform to send spam, collect other users' data without permission or contact candidates for purposes unrelated to hiring.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Job postings and applications

• Employers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of their job postings and for their own hiring decisions.
• When you apply to a job, your application, resume and profile details are shared with that employer or recruiter.
• HRTA does not guarantee that any application will lead to an interview or job offer, or that any posted job remains available.
• Offers of employment are made by employers, not by HRTA, unless we state otherwise in writing.

AI features and generated content

HRTA offers AI features such as resume enhancement, AI-tailored resumes, ATS scores, AI candidate screening and the AI Buddy assistant. AI suggestions, scores and answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.

You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any AI-generated content before you use or submit it. Do not rely on an ATS score or AI screening result as a guarantee of how an employer will assess an application.

Paid plans and add-ons

Some optional features are available through paid plans or add-ons shown in your dashboard. Prices and what each plan includes are displayed before purchase, and payments are processed by our payment provider.

Your content and our intellectual property

You keep ownership of the resumes, profile information and other content you upload. You grant HRTA a licence to store, process and display that content as needed to run the service, including sharing it with employers you apply to and showing anything you publish on your public profile.

The HRTA name, logo, website design and software are owned by HR Talent Arena and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRTA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the conduct of employers, candidates or other users, or for decisions made using AI-generated content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the platform or put other users at risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [to be confirmed by legal counsel].

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
